We started with smaller projects and in six years, we have grown tremendously and expanded our services to complete more than 20 home remodeling and new build projects across Arizona. We take great care and pride in our work. Our projects are built by expert and knowledgeable builders using quality materials. We partner with real estate agents, investors, and homeowners to create dream homes that are not only beautiful but are also strong and durable. A number of our clients are from out of state so we always make sure that they are a part of the process every step of the way. They can trust that their projects will be completed well and on time. Founded by family
Family is at the heart of Coast 2 Coast REI. When we first started, our team was made up of a few family members working together with a dream of creating beautiful homes across Arizona. Over the years, our team has grown to include a tile setter, a framer, an electrician, an architect, a roofer and a plumber. Talented and hardworking individuals who help make each project a success. With more projects in the pipeline, our team continues to grow but our family values of reliability, excellence, transparency, and dedication remain the same. Through these values, we ensure that each client we work with is treated with respect and gets the best results in their project.
OUR PROCESS
CONCEPTUALIZE
Everything starts with an idea. We encourage our clients to start the process by having clear goals and vision for the project. For example, determine what your budget is and prioritize the features you would like included in your project.
ASSESSMENT
Next, schedule a call with us so that we can conduct a site visit, gather measurements, and hear your thoughts and ideas for the project. We also provide you with consultation and guidance on how we can work with your budget. Once we have all the information we need, we will provide you with a quote.
PLAN
Once the project has been given the green light, we begin to plan and design the project. All remodeling projects come with 3D rendering to make sure that we share the same vision.
CONSTRUCT
Throughout the construction, we keep you informed of the progress and each milestone we achieve. We're always available to answer any questions or concerns. While there may be setbacks with any project, we always come through with a solution.
TURNOVER
We present you the finished project for inspection to make sure that everything aligns with your vision and that we've truly hit the target. Time to celebrate!
